Meet your powerhouse legal team, here for you.
The Gielarowski Law Firm, PC
Located in downtown Colorado Springs, The Gielarowski Law Firm specializes in personal injury law. Led by Machelle Gielarowski, this powerhouse legal team excels in providing fierce legal representation while offering caring personal service in a warm, welcoming setting. It’s their job to ensure you get the benefits you are entitled to receive!
While many law firms feature numerous attorneys and staffers running helter-skelter in a busy office, we are small by design. Why? Because when you’ve been injured in an auto accident, hurt on the job, or battling the bureaucracy for Social Security disability, it’s personal! You want someone representing you who will take your unique situation personally. Someone who listens. Someone who truly cares. Someone who will work hard for you.
Since 1996, Machelle and her small and highly qualified staff have helped thousands of clients by giving each and every one of them individualized attention while diligently pursuing a positive outcome. For example, they know how to get the medical attention you need NOW while beginning the process of acquiring the compensation you richly deserve for the pain and suffering you’ve had to endure.
When you step into the office you will be welcomed immediately. And don’t be surprised if you’re greeted by friendly canines eager to make your acquaintance!

Machelle Gielarowski, JD
Attorney & Owner, The Gielarowski Law Firm
I was born and raised in the wilds of Alaska and taught the value of being independent, hardworking, and believing in myself from my father who was a successful businessman and entrepreneur.
After receiving my law degree from the University of Denver and passing the Colorado bar exam, I accepted a position at a large law firm in Denver. Before long, I realized that the bigger the firm, the less “attorney” time each client received.
I became a lawyer because I wanted to personally help people – not pass clients off to an army of office staff who had little or no interest in the outcome of a case. In 1996, I started my own firm as an independent, sole practitioner, and I’ve never looked back.
From the beginning, I knew I needed a competent support team to assist me, and I’ve been blessed with two of the best: Office Manager & Legal Assistant Jessica and Paralegal Yvonne. Without their capable and dedicated work, The Gielarowski Law Firm couldn’t exist!
Please accept our offer for a FREE consultation. My team and I look forward to giving you the personal attention and fierce representation you deserve.
Jessica, Office Manager & Legal Assistant
Hello and welcome to The Gielarowski Law Firm. I’ve worked with Machelle since 2008, and I’m the first person you’ll meet when you walk into our office. As Office Manager & Legal Assistant, I handle a host of tasks for the firm to make sure we are a well-organized team. I also handle all Social Security claims for Machelle, from initial application to preparing each file for hearing. I help ensure our clients get the best possible outcome for their claim.
Previously, I worked for another law firm in Colorado Springs for 6 years, specializing in Social Security disability claims. Before that, I held multiple positions including working for a defense contractor and the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.
When I’m not in the office, I’m very involved in my son’s Boy Scout Troop. I’ve served in a number of volunteer positions including Troop Secretary, Troop Treasurer, and Assistant Scoutmaster. I have been a Wood Badge course participant and served as a Troop Guide for another course. Recently, I was inducted into the Order of the Arrow. As the Ute District Training Chair, I have a strong commitment to leadership training and believe this is the key to success.
Hello! My name is Willow. I’m in charge of greeting new clients at The Gielarowski Law Firm. So let me be the first to welcome you! When Machelle promoted me to Director of Client Relations, I was so excited I nearly wagged my tail off! It’s a big job making sure our clients get a warm welcome as soon as they walk in. And that starts with me.
Hi, I’m new to the team! My name, Nukka, means “Little Sister” in the native Inuit language. Everyone here is so calm and organized, but I’m still learning the ropes. In fact, I can never find all my toys, and Willow just rolls her eyes when I ask for help looking around the office. Hey, I have an idea! Please stop in to say hello, and you can help me find my toys!
In memoriam: Deshka
Long-time clients will be saddened to learn that Deshka recently passed away. She was the best Director of Client Relations we’ve ever had. She took her responsibility of protecting the relationship between the firm and our clients very seriously. She met every client with a friendly smile and wagging tail. We like to think she is happily romping in doggie heaven, greeting everyone she meets!
